Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Yoga Instructor for an on-site role based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include planning and conducting group and one-on-one yoga sessions, following customized yoga routines for students of all skill levels, and ensuring safety and proper techniques during classes.

The instructor will also guide mindfulness and breathing exercises, address individual needs, and foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants. Additional responsibilities may include attending team meetings, contributing to workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Yoga Instruction with expertise in styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa
• Strong Teaching skills to effectively guide and support individuals and groups
• Excellent Communication skills for clear instructions and positive engagement with all participants
• Ability to adapt routines to meet varying skill levels and physical abilities of students
• Certification from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) or B.Sc in Yoga or M.Sc in Yoga or Diploma in Yoga or equivalent qualification is required
• Experience in creating inclusive and safe learning environments is a strong advantage
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Collaborating in a team
• Should know English, Bengali and Hindi
