- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP FI/CO
- Experience with Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay tax compliance (Mandatory)
- Hands-on S/4HANA experience in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Strong knowledge of EBS, Banking, Payment processes, and Bank integration
- Experience in Interfaces and working with technical teams on custom developments
- Independent requirement gathering and solution design with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Input/Output Taxes and Product Costing, Cost Centre, Internal Orders, COPA, ML with Actual Costing
- Strong FI/CO integration experience with MM/SD/PP/PM modules
- Lead implementations and support for South American countries (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay)
- Configure FI settings aligned with Brazilian and Argentinian tax laws
- Ensure compliance with Brazil's Tax Reform, SPED, Nota Fiscal, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and eSocial
- Experience with encryption/decryption and electronic invoicing
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an advantage
