Yardi Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to join our team and support our real estate clients in US Region (India night shift working). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager functional modules, real estate business processes, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s / 8 modules:

- Leasing (Commercial & Residential)

- Elevate

- RentCafe / Commercial Cafe

- Procure to Pay

- Finance

- Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue

- Facilities Manager / Maintenance IQ

- Collection Manager

- Deal Manager

- Fixed Assets

- Investment Management

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Strong knowledge in Investment Management module

- Create problem statements for repetitive tickets and implement the solution to minimize the tickets

- Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.

- Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.

- Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.

- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.

- Work as per client working hours (US / Canada work time zone)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.

- Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.

- Experience in new Yardi modules will be an advantage

- Prior helpdesk support experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.

- Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.

- Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.

- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
