Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Response, Order-Based Planning (OBP), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading both functional configuration and technical integration activities, working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing IBP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply Response, OBP, and S&OP.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
- Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data integration.
- Design and oversee integrations between SAP IBP and ECC/S4HANA or other upstream/downstream systems using CPI, APIs, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with technical developers on enhancements, custom developments, and interface builds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to planning runs, data inconsistencies, and performance.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes and system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP IBP implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in IBP Demand Planning, Supply Response, OBP, and S&OP.
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and business scenarios.
- Experience with SAP CPI, integration frameworks, and data interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP IBP certification.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
