Job Description

Role Purpose:

Be part of a Sales Technology team responsible for supporting and optimizing Apex's Sales Compensation solution using Xactly Incent and Connect platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support configuration for Xactly Incent and Connect
  • Design and test analytical reports and dashboards
  • Diagnose system discrepancies and manage resolution processes
  • Collaborate with Data Warehouse and ETL teams for data integration
  • Maintain documentation for system configuration and payment processes
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and analyze impacts
  • Stay updated with Xactly product developments and modules
  • Monitor organizational changes that may affect commission setup
  • Support SOX audit requirements with proper documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytics for business insight
  • Act as Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues
  • Share technical insights and best practices across teams
  • Drive Xactly and system adoption through training and support
  • Participate in ongoing trainings to refine policy and process understanding
  • Handle other duties as required by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Xactly Incent and Connect (preferred)
  • Xactly Admin certification (preferred)
  • ITIL certification (advantageous)
