Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site installation works and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Conduct on-site quality assurance, including walk-downs of installed and completed turbines and inspection of incoming goods.
  • Provide guidance and support to installation contractors to ensure QA standards are met.
  • Support the Installation Manager in daily site activities and operational decisions.
  • Participate in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) processes as required.
  • Adhere strictly to quality processes and standards.
  • Report safety, schedule, or quality issues via the designated online communication tool for corrective action.
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and in accordance with directives.
  • Maintain complete and accurate Job Site Books.
  • Provide necessary information for E-DSR (Electronic Daily Site Report) as defined by communication guidelines.
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance and use of assigned vehicles.
  • Execute assigned retrofits per the RFR (Request for Retrofit) process.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to achieve site goals and objectives.
