We're looking for a Content Writer who can turn long-form fiction into addictive, serialized content for the US market. If you love Romantasy, Romance/Drama, or Crime & Thriller, and you know how to hook an audience episode after episode, this role is for you. Long-form storytelling is a must (no copywriting/promo writing).

What You'll Be Doing

• Adapt long-form stories across Romantasy, Romance/Drama, and Crime & Thriller into high-engagement written or audio-first episodes
• Use AI tools to refine, rewrite, and localize content for US audiences
• Build powerful episodic hooks, emotional highs/lows, and strong pacing
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to maintain tone, world-building, and character consistency
• Think long-term: develop characters, arcs, and IP continuity across episodes
• Maintain a steady, high-quality content pipeline

What We're Looking For

• 36 years of writing or editorial experience in English
• Strong storytelling instincts + ability to adapt content for US culture
• Excellent editorial skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working fast and using tech/AI workflows
• Genre interest is a big plus; web fiction experience is a huge plus
• Experience in long-form fiction or serialized content preferred
• High ownership and comfort in dynamic creative environments
