Key Responsibilities

• Develop story concepts and ideas for MicroDrama series across genres such as romance, thriller, slice-of-life, and youth culture.
• Write scripts, dialogues, and shot breakdowns optimized for ultra-short formats.
• Collaborate with Directors, Creative Producers, and Editors to ensure the narrative vision is effectively executed.
• Adapt real-life moments, cultural trends, or themes into dramatized micro-narratives.
• Experiment with narrative styles and formats based on audience insights and platform performance.
• Manage multiple storylines simultaneously while meeting fast-paced deadlines.
• Ensure scripts are crisp, emotionally impactful, and retain audience attention within the first 35 seconds.
