This is a full-time, on-site Writer role located in Noida. The Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality written content, conducting in-depth research, and proofreading materials. Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content across various platforms such as blogs, articles, reports, and promotional materials. The individual will also contribute to strengthening the company's brand through effective storytelling and content management.

• Proficiency in Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Research skills
• Experience in Content Strategy development and effective storytelling
• Strong skills in Proofreading and Editing with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Content Marketing principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and IT industry is a plus
