Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Manager located in Hyderabad. The Workshop Manager will manage daily workshop operations, oversee production schedules, and ensure product quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with the production team, supervising staff, ensuring equipment maintenance, and monitoring inventory. The individual should also know how to make and read basic CAD drawings and 3D models.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in production management, workshop supervision, and equipment maintenance
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and inventory management
• Knowledge of High Performance Concrete manufacturing is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field preferred
• Detail-oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
