Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automotive systems and components as per technical specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in vehicles or automotive systems efficiently
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of automotive equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and evaluate vehicle performance and recommend improvements for safety, efficiency, and reliability
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and records related to projects and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers or technicians when required
