Job Description

Facility Operations Support

• Assist in daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems

• Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure execution of schedules

• Coordinate with engineering teams and facility staff for smooth operations

• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems

Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

• Review and process work orders and maintenance requests

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Support vendor management and contractor supervision

• Assist in service delivery tracking and performance monitoring

• Coordinate maintenance activities with external service providers

Tenant & Customer Support

• Respond to tenant service requests and operational concerns

• Support move-in/move-out and tenant improvement activities

• Maintain strong tenant relationships through timely communication

Project & Improvement Support

• Assist in capital improvement and renovation projects

• Support space planning and facility enhancement initiatives

• Contribute to budgeting and cost control activities

Compliance & Safety Management

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations

• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures

• Assist in audits and regulatory compliance documentation
