Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations in coordination with the Facilities Manager
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Oversee maintenance activities, contract services, and procurement of materials and equipment
  • Ensure timely buying and availability of supplies for facility operations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor facility performance
  • Implement property risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and occupational regulations
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to service agreements and budgets
  • Monitor escalation and incident reporting procedures for timely resolution
  • Support financial management including budgeting and cost analysis
  • Maintain operational documentation and compliance records
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure service quality and SLA adherence
  • Drive vendor performance optimization and cost efficiency initiatives
