About CWC: Founded by Mr. Naren Bakshi after reversing his own diabetes, sleep apnea, and obesity through evidence-based practices rooted in Indian Vedic wisdom and modern science in

the United States, CWC Global was formed in Silicon Valley and and during the pandemic, inspired the India Chapter in Jaipur (June 2020) led by Wg. Cdr. V.K. Kala (Retd.).

Over the last three years, we've worked to make evidence-based wellness accessible to children, women, and families across India. Now, we're taking this mission to the next levelby focusing on two vital areas: the workplace and senior citizens.

We're looking for an exceptional Workplace & Seniors Wellness Program Lead, someone who can bring strategy and heart together to help seniors live with dignity, vitality, and joy.

In this role, you'll:

Design and scale wellness programs for workplaces and senior communities.

Collaborate with corporates, healthcare providers, and CSR partners to drive impact.

Lead a passionate team of wellness professionals while building partnerships that expand our footprint.

Champion innovation by integrating evidence-based practices and digital health tools.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in workplace wellness, employee engagement, or seniors health and well-being.
