Summary:

As a Workplace Management Practitioner, you will oversee workplace services across various locations, ensuring that space planning, facilities management, safety compliance, and onsite support are effectively coordinated. Your typical day will involve leveraging tools and data to create efficient and high-quality environments, while also ensuring that workplaces are safe, functional, and conducive to employee productivity and business needs. You will engage with various stakeholders to assess and address workplace requirements, ensuring that all services align with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless workplace operations.
• Analyze workplace data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enhancing overall service delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of workplace management principles and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
