Main Responsibilities
- Support daily workplace operations, ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and ready for use
- Coordinate workplace services such as mail handling, cleaning, catering, and logistics
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, event spaces, and employee activities
- Serve as a point of contact for workplace-related queries and provide timely support
- Work with vendors and service partners to ensure quality service delivery
- Log and track maintenance requests and support timely issue resolution
- Promote safety, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives across the site
About You
- Experience in workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or similar service roles
- Strong communication and customerservice orientation
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with vendors, contractors, and crossfunctional teams
- Education in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
