The Workplace Professional supports daily workplace operations at Sanofi's Hyderabad Hub, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for all colleagues and visitors. In this role, you will help coordinate facility services, support hospitality activities, assist with vendor management, and contribute to smooth, highquality workplace experiences. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within workplace experience, hospitality, or facilities management in a global, purposedriven organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support daily workplace operations, ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and ready for use
  • Coordinate workplace services such as mail handling, cleaning, catering, and logistics
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, event spaces, and employee activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for workplace-related queries and provide timely support
  • Work with vendors and service partners to ensure quality service delivery
  • Log and track maintenance requests and support timely issue resolution
  • Promote safety, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives across the site

About You

  • Experience in workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or similar service roles
  • Strong communication and customerservice orientation
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with vendors, contractors, and crossfunctional teams
  • Education in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
