Facility Operations Management
• Manage daily facility operations including engineering, housekeeping, security, and workplace services
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance adherence (52-week plan)
• Monitor building inspections, walkarounds, and snag resolution
• Ensure 100% uptime of critical facility systems and services
Workplace Experience & Client Management
• Act as single point of contact for all facility-related escalations
• Manage client, VIP, and government official visits
• Conduct workplace engagement programs, townhalls, and feedback initiatives
• Ensure high client satisfaction and service excellence
Vendor & Service Partner Management
• Manage vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and contract compliance
• Ensure SLA adherence and service quality monitoring
• Conduct monthly vendor scoring and performance reviews
Asset & Infrastructure Management
• Oversee asset tracking (bonded and non-bonded) and inventory management
• Coordinate with engineering and builder teams for facility upkeep
• Ensure proper maintenance of all building systems and equipment
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit readiness
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions
• Manage business continuity planning (BCP) and emergency preparedness
Budget & Financial Management
• Manage operational budgets including OPEX, CAPEX, and office services costs
• Track invoices, utilities, petty cash, and procurement activities
• Ensure cost optimization and financial governance compliance
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Ensure CRM dashboards and MIS reports are submitted on time
• Track audit observations and ensure CAPA closure
Training & Team Development
• Conduct training for facility staff and vendor teams
• Ensure onboarding and development of direct and TPV staff
• Promote safety training, fire drills, and compliance awareness
Technology & Tools Management
• Ensure effective usage of facility management tools (IMT, VMT, Site Ops, etc.)
• Track tickets, incidents, and escalations through digital platforms
• Ensure data accuracy in reporting systems
