Site Operations Management
• Oversee daily workplace operations and ensure seamless facility functioning
• Conduct regular site rounds and identify operational issues and snags
• Raise and track tickets in Corrigo system and ensure closure within SLA
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and operational updates
Housekeeping & Soft Services Management
• Monitor housekeeping operations and vendor performance
• Ensure cleanliness standards across office spaces, restrooms, and common areas
• Conduct shift briefings and assign daily priorities to ground staff
• Manage soft services inventory, supplies, and consumables
Mailroom & Concierge Operations
• Supervise mailroom activities and ensure timely distribution of internal/external mail
• Handle concierge requests through office assistants/office boys
• Manage laundry services and related vendor coordination
Cafeteria & Pantry Management
• Monitor cafeteria hygiene, food vendor performance, and vending machines
• Ensure availability of stock and consumables in pantry areas
• Track food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
Vendor Management & Compliance
• Coordinate with housekeeping, pest control, and soft services vendors
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and background verification checks
• Ensure compliance audit documentation is maintained and submitted
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Maintain inventory tracker and asset registers (sports, kitchen, artifacts, etc.)
• Document meeting minutes, service audits, and performance reports
