Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
- Implement and monitor building procedures and performance standards.
- Ensure operational compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Improve site operations by developing efficient processes and best practices.
- Monitor day-to-day service delivery and ensure operational consistency.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities-related issues.
- Act quickly on client feedback and ensure resolution of concerns.
Financial & Contract Management
- Manage site budgets, accounting, and financial operations effectively.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost control.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure procurement processes are followed and services are delivered within budget and contractual terms.
Team Leadership & Development
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to support team development.
- Motivate the team to maintain productivity, trust, and strong work ethics.
- Ensure alignment of team performance with organizational goals.
