Facility Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end facility services including housekeeping, security, engineering, cafeteria, transport, helpdesk, and workplace services
• Ensure seamless daily operations and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
• Drive workplace experience and hospitality-led service delivery
• Oversee asset management and facility upkeep
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as single point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Conduct regular client meetings and ensure transparent reporting
• Manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for service delivery
Compliance & Safety Management
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance including labor laws, ESI/PF, fire safety, FSSAI, wages, and tax regulations
• Maintain audit readiness for internal, client, and regulatory inspections
• Implement safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards
• Manage emergency response and business continuity planning (BCP)
Vendor & Contract Management
• Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, procurement, and service delivery
• Ensure timely renewals and quality monitoring of third-party service providers
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
Financial & Budget Management
• Own site budget planning and expenditure tracking
• Manage procurement, PO creation, invoice validation, and billing processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and gain share initiatives
Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, train, and supervise facility management team
• Ensure workforce discipline, engagement, and performance improvement
• Drive continuous learning and safety culture
Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain compliance records, audit reports, incident logs, and operational reports
• Submit timely MIS reports including financial, vendor, and service performance data
• Ensure accurate documentation of all facility operations
