Workplace Operations Management

• Manage daily workplace experience and facility operations ensuring seamless service delivery

• Implement building procedures, SOPs, and performance measures

• Improve workplace experience through process improvements and best practices

• Ensure operational efficiency and service consistency

Client Relationship Management

• Act as primary contact for client workplace and facility-related concerns

• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Proactively address client expectations and service gaps

• Ensure transparent communication and issue resolution

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Manage site budget, accounting, and financial operations

• Track expenditures and ensure cost efficiency

• Support financial reporting and budget adherence

Vendor & Contract Management

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for workplace services

• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and contracts

• Monitor service quality and SLA adherence

• Ensure timely delivery of contracted services

Safety & Compliance Management

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and statutory compliance standards

• Promote workplace safety culture and compliance awareness

• Maintain audit readiness and risk management practices

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and support onsite teams

• Conduct training and coaching sessions for staff development

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and performance culture

• Ensure employee engagement and service excellence
