Job Description -
We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Engineer (DEX Architect) with deep experience in Control Up to design, implement, and optimize digital experience monitoring and remediation solutions for enterprise environments.
In this role, you will serve as a technical leader focused on Control Up architecture, experience analytics, and automation, ensuring digital workplace environments are proactively monitored, optimized, and continuously improved. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate experience data into actionable insights that improve performance, reliability, and enduser satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is both highly technical and customerfacing, with strong communication skills and the ability to operate at an architect level-owning design decisions, guiding best practices, and driving measurable outcomes through Control Upbased solutions.
Job Requirements ::
Required Qualifications -
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, EUC, DEX, or Desktop Engineering roles
- 4+ years of handson experience with Control Up in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Control Up RealTime, Control Up Insights, and/or Control Up Edge DX
- Solid understanding of endpoint performance, user experience monitoring, and remediation concepts
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and proactive issue resolution
- Experience supporting largescale environments with thousands of endpoints
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoint and VDI environments
Technical & Architectural Skills -
- Expertise in Windows endpoint management; macOS experience a plus
- Experience with VDI platforms (Citrix and/or VMware)
- Ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable DEX architectures
- Experience integrating Control Up with modern endpoint management, ITSM, or automation platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, Remedy, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure fundamentals (networking, identity, security basics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional DEX platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Aternity)
- Familiarity with experiencebased metrics such as XLAs or user sentiment analysis
- Exposure to automation, selfhealing endpoints, or AIdriven analytics
- Experience contributing to solution design, platform standardization, or transformation initiatives
