Could you be the full-time RSC Engineering Workload Analyst in India we're looking for

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll be instrumental in supporting Team India by managing the RSC Engineering Workload, driving decisions on subcontracting, and providing insights on trends between forecasts and actuals. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Teams, SEC Delivery Teams, Operations), coordinating efforts to determine the right load signals and much more.

You'll specifically take care of analyzing various outcomes, influencing measures to mitigate deviations, but also collaborating with global engineering sites to secure accurate SEC workload forecasts.

We'll look to you for:

  • Supporting workload and capacity determination
  • Driving subcontracting decisions
  • Providing data-driven insights for forecasting
  • Collaborating with global engineering sites for workload insights
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Analyzing data to influence performance improvements
