Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Sales Professional located in South Delhi. The responsibilities of this role include understanding customer financial needs, promoting and selling loan products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Loan Sales Professional will also identify and target potential clients, provide guidance on loan options, and ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
• Understanding of financial products and services, particularly loans, and the ability to provide sound advice
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Prior experience in sales or financial services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in the use of technology and digital banking platforms is desirable
• Effective problem-solving and customer relationship management skills
