Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patiala for a Working Capital Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include managing and growing working capital portfolios, identifying business opportunities, conducting credit assessments, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves regular interactions with customers to understand their financial needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting assigned sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen with knowledge in working capital finance and credit assessments.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in financial tools, data analysis, and banking software.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial institutions, particularly in handling SME/Corporate clients, is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, including business trends and customer profiles in Patiala.
