Job Title: Manager- Organization and Workforce Transformation

The Opportunity
We help clients reimagine the future of work and transform their organizations to drive strategic growth and improved employee experience. As a Manager – Organization and Workforce Transformation within our People Consulting team, you will lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across Workforce Strategy, and Talent Management solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions spanning Talent Management Framework, Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR analytics. You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable workforce and HR interventions that deliver measurable impact.
