Job Title: Resource Manager (Workforce Planning)

Location: Remote

Experience: 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource allocation for US-based projects, ensuring optimal utilization of available talent.
  • Forecast resource requirements based on project pipeline and business needs.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to address skill gaps and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate resource data in internal systems and provide regular utilization reports.
  • Partner with delivery managers to resolve resource conflicts and ensure timely staffing.
  • Monitor bench resources and drive redeployment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in resource management or workforce planning, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in resource management tools and MS Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT services or consulting industry.
  • Familiarity with US employment norms and visa processes.
