Job Title: Resource Manager (Workforce Planning)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resource allocation for US-based projects, ensuring optimal utilization of available talent.
- Forecast resource requirements based on project pipeline and business needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to address skill gaps and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate resource data in internal systems and provide regular utilization reports.
- Partner with delivery managers to resolve resource conflicts and ensure timely staffing.
- Monitor bench resources and drive redeployment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in resource management or workforce planning, preferably in the US market.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in resource management tools and MS Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT services or consulting industry.
- Familiarity with US employment norms and visa processes.
