Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Management Analyst (RTA) in Mumbai. The Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to workforce planning, eWFM, and ensuring effective communication for workforce management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Workforce Management expertise
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Workforce Planning and eWFM tools
Ability to analyze data to make workforce-related decisions
Knowledge of workforce optimization strategies
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,
