As an Operations Workflow Product Delivery Associate in Asset and Wealth Management Operations, you design and deliver workflow and automation solutions that promote adoption and measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Design workflows and automation solutions using Workflow Designer, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- Deliver product outcomes end-to-end, including integration across tools and teams.
- Build and maintain a stakeholder-aligned book of work and delivery roadmap.
- Review existing processes with stakeholders and propose automation and simplification opportunities.
- Communicate status, risks, gaps, dependencies, and testing outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze large datasets to identify automation opportunities across Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, and JIRA logs.
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex, multi-faceted operational problems through analytics and visualization.
- Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and release readiness to ensure quality delivery.
- Drive adoption of data-driven performance management and operational best practices.
- Contribute new ideas that strengthen a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
- Build reusable tool capabilities and train teammates to scale adoption and reuse.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, large datasets, and process automation delivery.
- Leverage Python to develop automation and analytics solutions.
- Use JavaScript and API connectivity to enable tool integration and workflow execution.
- Build strong relationships and influence decisions across Business and Technology stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with project teams and sponsors, including risks, roadblocks, and outcomes.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint outputs and compelling data visualizations.
- Operate with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving fintech/automation approaches.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Apply Alteryx and Tableau to scale workflow analytics and operational reporting.
- Use SQL to mine datasets and support automation opportunity discovery.
- Work with Unqork or similar workflow platforms to deliver low-code automation.
- Demonstrate familiarity with AI/ML tools and practical use cases in operations.
- Show strong understanding of programming concepts and software development fundamentals.
- Hold relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or comparable credentials).
- Contribute to capability-building through reusable components, documentation, and team enablement.
