ABOUT SCRIPT ASSIST

Script Assist turns messy, manual healthcare processes into clear, self-service experiences for clinics, doctors and pharmacies. Our low-code stack is built around n8n, so ideas move from whiteboard to production in days instead of quarters.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Be the bridge between business requirements and the JSON that makes them real. You'll map processes, build and test n8n workflows, then hand off robust blueprints to our back-end team for production deployment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Discover & Analyse Run workshops with operations, finance and product teams to capture requirements and translate them into user stories and process maps.
• Design & Build Prototype end-to-end n8n flows (triggers, HTTP nodes, custom JS, error handling) that remove bottlenecks and save time.
• Document & Handoff Produce clear specs, version-controlled workflow JSON and swim-lane diagrams for engineers to port into our serverless back end.
• Test & Optimise Create test plans, monitor execution metrics and iterate for reliability, latency and cost.
• Coach & Evangelise Run Automation 101 sessions so non-technical teams can spotand requesthigh-impact use cases.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Hands-on n8n expertise: you've built multi-step workflows that integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks and databases.
• Business-process mapping: BPMN, flowcharts or similaryou think in systems, not single steps.
• Data savvy: comfortable modelling JSON payloads, using JSONata and debugging with Postman or cURL.
• Stakeholder communication: clear docs and the confidence to explain trade-offs to both engineers and end-users.
• Problem-solving mindset: you design for edge cases and love shaving minutes off a process.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience with other low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool) or RPA platforms.
• Scripting in TypeScript/Node.js for custom n8n functions.
• Familiarity with event-driven or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions).
• Background in healthcare, fintech or any regulated industry.
