Role: Workday Workforce Management Functional Analyst
Location: Hyderabad, TG
Role Summary
We are seeking a Workday Workforce Management Functional Analyst (Offshore) to support production operations, business analysis, enhancement management, and release coordination for Workday Workforce Management modules. The role will support HR, Payroll, and Operations teams by resolving issues, managing enhancements, and assisting with Workday releases while exploring Workday AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling by resolving user issues and system defects.
- Gather and document business requirements and enhancement requests and support configuration updates and process improvements.
- Coordinate release management activities, including regression testing, UAT support, and validation of system changes before deployment.
- Maintain functional documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure smooth system operations.
- Support adoption and exploration of Workday AI features such as workforce insights, automation, and workforce analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling modules.
- Understanding of workforce time management processes including time entry, shift scheduling, absence plans, and approvals.
- Experience with production support, enhancement requests, and release coordination.
- Exposure to Workday AI capabilities is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- 4-8+ years of experience working with Workday Workforce Management modules.
- Workday Time Tracking or Absence Management certification preferred.
