Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Workday expert with specialization in US Payroll design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Independently manage multiple projects across various phases of implementation & support.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions with clients and provide effective recommendations.
- Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer decisions.
- Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and share Workday product knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Must have active Workday US Payroll Certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll implementation or support projects.
- Excellent consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work under deadlines and manage client expectations.
