This part-time, remote role as a Workday Trainer (Certified) involves designing and delivering training sessions on Workday functionalities and features. Responsibilities include creating curriculum and training materials, providing individual and group instruction, conducting assessments, tracking learner progress, and offering feedback to ensure comprehension. The trainer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand training needs and customize sessions to meet specific goals.

• Advanced knowledge and certification in Workday, with expertise in modules such as HCM, Financial Management, and Recruiting.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training materials and course content.
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with curriculum design, training methodology, and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level to advanced users.
• Familiarity with industry trends in ERP systems and cloud solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Education, or related fields preferred.
