Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant (Studio Integrations)

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 37 years in Workday integrations (including Studio)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Workday's integration tools and a strong understanding of HR and payroll data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and PICOF/PICOF.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain custom integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking).

• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for developed integrations.

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; provide ongoing support and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and best practices.

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to integrations and processes.

• Participate in Workday system upgrades and regression testing.

  
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP, REST).

• Experience with XSLT, XML, and JSON.

• Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.

• Proficient in Core Connector and EIB for inbound/outbound integrations.

• Strong understanding of Workday data structures and security.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Oracle).

• Workday certification in Integrations or Studio (preferred but not mandatory).

• Exposure to Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics is a plus.

  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
