Workday Technical Consultant

Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Workday integrations for global clients (NA, EMEA, APAC).

Translate vendor file specifications into technical solutions using EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, or other integration technologies (Java/.NET is a plus).

Identify Business Requirements for inbound and outbound Workday Integrations, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project.

Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, analyze and translate business requirements to Workday system

Assist clients in integrating the Workday system into their current business environments

Advise clients on industry standards for data security authentication methods and functional overview of impacted process areas providing suggestions, drive decision and recommend best practices in all phases of the project

Workday Integration certification and medium to complex integration knowledge on WD Studio and Payroll Integrations.
