Description
We are looking for a Workday Talent & Performance, Skills and Talent Marketplace Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Workday Talent & Performance modules, with a focus on optimizing skills and talent management within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Talent & Performance management in Workday.
- Configure and implement Workday Talent & Performance modules, including Skills and Talent Marketplace features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that enhance talent management processes.
- Provide functional guidance and support during testing phases to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for end-users on Workday functionalities.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, ensuring that the team is informed of new features and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in Workday Talent & Performance modules.
- Strong understanding of talent management processes and frameworks.
- Experience in configuring Workday modules, specifically Talent, Performance, and Skills Marketplace.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
