Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting and Onboarding modules, complemented by hands-on knowledge of Paradox conversational AI and HiredScore talent intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will bring 815 years of progressive experience in recruitment operations, technology enablement, and stakeholder management, driving seamless hiring and onboarding experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Recruiting & Onboarding
- Configure, optimize, and manage Workday Recruiting workflows, requisition management, candidate pipelines, and offer processes.
- Lead onboarding process design and execution within Workday to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to implement enhancements and troubleshoot system issues.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to define hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive recruitment campaigns across diverse functions and geographies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate experience) and recommend improvements.
Technology Enablement
- Leverage Paradox AI for candidate engagement, scheduling automation, and chatbot-driven recruitment experiences.
- Utilize HiredScore to enhance candidate matching, diversity hiring, and predictive analytics in talent acquisition.
- Ensure seamless integration of these platforms with Workday and other HR systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external vendors to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to recruiters and HR teams on Workday, Paradox, and HiredScore functionalities.
Required Qualifications
- 815 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or HR Operations.
- Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and Onboarding modules (configuration, administration, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Paradox conversational AI and HiredScore talent intelligence tools.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment processes and technology-driven hiring solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
