As a Workday Solution Architect you will serve as the technical and functional authority for the Workday platform. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation by designing scalable secure and efficient solutions. You will be responsible for the end to end architecture of Workday modules including HCM and Financials acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leading complex transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture Architect end to end solutions within the Workday ecosystem. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and lead the design of integrations using Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Apis. Strategic Planning and Governance Define the roadmap for Workday adoption establish governance standards for configuration and security and conduct impact analysis for semi-annual releases. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business units IT and third-party vendors effectively communicating technical concepts to leadership. Technical Leadership Mentor senior analysts lead proof of concept exercises and troubleshoot critical production issues. Skills and Qualifications Experience 10 to 15 plus years in ERP or HRIS or Financial systems with 6 to 8 plus years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and architecture. Experience leading 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations is required. Technical Competencies Deep expertise in Workday HCM or Financials strong knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud and familiarity with Workday Extend Prism Analytics and BIRT Reporting. Security Expert level knowledge of Workday Configurable Security.Soft Skills Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence negotiate and work in a global matrixed environment. Education bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a related field. Active Workday Pro Certifications preferred.
