  • Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday Security Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Workday security concepts and configurations, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday security frameworks. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant solutions while supporting the ongoing needs of our Workday environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Workday Security Design & Configuration Develop and maintain Workday security configurations, including various security group types and security policies. Implement and optimize security frameworks to meet organizational requirements. Perform regular security reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Support & Maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues. Support system upgrades and ensure security configurations align with new Workday features and updates. Creating and maintaining documentation related to security configurations. Create and maintain detailed documentation for security configurations and changes. Collaboration Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements and design effective solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks. Provide guidance and support to end-users on security-related queries and issues. Compliance & Best Practices Ensure adherence to Workday security best practices and organizational policies. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. Recommend enhancements and implement improvements to strengthen the security posture. Technical Skills: o Good knowledge of Workday security concepts, including domain security policies, business process security policies, and security groups. o Experience with Workday's custom reports and calculated fields. o Familiarity with Workday HCM or other functional modules. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze security requirements and design appropriate solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and providing innovative solutions.
