Job description

Workday Recruiting Consultant Workday Rcruiting Consultant 5+ years experience in Recruiting Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint. . Excellent Stakeholder-Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record. . Minimum 3-4 End to End Implementation Experience. Core . Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration,Testing,Deployment etc. . Recruiting Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements. . Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues . Stakeholder Management :Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal ,External Stakeholder,3rd Party Vendors,Legacy Systems. . Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to i
