Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai

Responsibilities:

Configure and support the Workday R2R (Record to Report) module.

Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in Workday.

Work on GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Collaborate with finance teams for accounting and reporting requirements.

Support integrations, audits, and system enhancements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Workday R2R and Finance domain.

Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with Workday Financials and reporting tools.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
