Job Title: Workday QA Analyst
Location: Remote / Chennai / Bengaluru / Pune / Mumbai
Shift Timing - 2 pm to 11 pm IST

About the Role
We are seeking a Workday QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials platform. This role involves functional, regression, and security testing using both manual and automated approaches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and security test cases for Workday HCM and Financials modules.
- Develop and run manual and automated test scripts to validate business processes and integrations.
- Perform security testing, including role-based access, domain permissions, and segregation of duties (SOD) checks.
- Collaborate with developers, functional SMEs, and stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to release readiness.
- Document test plans, results, and maintain traceability for compliance and audit purposes.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in Workday HCM and/or Financials testing.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security configuration, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing in SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Workday Test Automation or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
- Knowledge of Workday reporting (BIRT, Calculated Fields).
- Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, or Integration.
