Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Integration Developer to support one of our clients on long-term, enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal professional will bring strong hands-on expertise in Workday payroll integrations across multi-country environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday payroll integrations for large, global programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Deliver scalable and compliant payroll integration solutions using Workday tools and technologies.
- Support ongoing enhancements, issue resolution, and production stability.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Payroll Integration Developer.
- Proven success on at least two large-scale implementations.
- Expertise with Workday integration frameworks, including:
- PECI
- Standard Connectors
- EIB
- Workday Studio
- Experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP GlobalView or ADP Celergo
