Job Description
- Configure and maintain Workday Learning module
- Set up:
- Learning courses, programs, and campaigns
- Certifications and compliance training
- Learning assignments and enrollments
- Manage content integration (SCORM, external content providers)
- Configure learning security roles and permissions
- Support learning-related business processes (approvals, notifications)
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate training requirements
- Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) for learning features
