Role Summary:
We are looking for a Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and integration technologies to design, build, support, and enhance enterprise-grade Workday integrations across HR, Finance, Payroll, and other business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Connector Framework
- Manage and support existing production integrations and resolve complex issues
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing integrations
- Implement and manage Workday security, ISU setup, and API authentication
- Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, JSON, and WSDL
- Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and release management
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Workday integration development
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Workday Studio
- Workday Connector Framework
- EIB & Core Connectors
- SOAP & REST Web Services
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise integrations in production
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, WSDL, JSON, and data transformation concepts
- Experience with Workday security model, ISU setup, and API authentication
- Ability to independently handle complex integration requirements
Nice to Have
- Workday Integration Certification(s)
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, or Time Tracking modules
- Exposure to middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or SnapLogic
