We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join a large-scale global implementation program for Shell, delivered by IBM. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday integrations, working with global customers across NA, EMEA, and/or APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support end-to-end Workday integrations (Inbound & Outbound)
- Translate vendor file specifications into technical integration solutions
- Develop integrations using EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT
- Work with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Payroll Integrations
- Identify and analyze business requirements and recommend best-practice integration approaches
- Conduct client workshops and working sessions to gather and translate requirements
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders across regions
- Assist clients in integrating Workday with existing enterprise systems
- Advise on data security, authentication standards, and impacted business processes
- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration implementations
- Experience in global implementations (NA / EMEA / APAC preferred)
- Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio and medium-to-complex integrations
- Experience with Payroll Integrations
- Proficiency in integration technologies:
- SOAP, REST, Web Services
- XML, XSLT, EDI
- Java / .NET (good to have)
- Workday Integration Certification (preferred)
- Proven experience in leading integration workshops for at least one project
Nice to Have
- Consulting background with strong client-facing skills
- Experience working in large enterprise or global rollout programs
- Ability to drive decisions and influence stakeholders
