Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday integrations, implementation, or support projects, with deep technical knowledge of Workday integration tools and web services technologies.

The consultant will work closely with customer teams, integration leads, and project managers to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
  

• Work with integration leads, project managers, and business stakeholders
  

• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
  

• Gather requirements and create integration specifications and field mappings
  

• Maintain and support existing integrations and resolve integration-related issues
  

• Participate in integration architecture design and solution development
  

• Develop custom reports and integration reports within Workday
  

• Provide technical troubleshooting and defect resolution
  

• Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications
  

• Collaborate with distributed teams and provide knowledge transfer when required
  

  
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday integrations
  

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB
  

• Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation or support projects
  

• Strong knowledge of Workday integration architecture
  

• Experience developing integrations using APIs and web services
  

• Experience working with Workday Reporting tools
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills
