About the Role:

We are looking for a Workday HCM Certified Functional Consultant to lead implementations, optimize configurations, and ensure seamless HR system integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules based on business needs.
• Design workflows, business processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Workday.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams for system alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Workday HCM Certification (Mandatory)

3+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience

Expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
