- Min. 4 years of Workday experience with at least one end-to-end implementation
- Expertise in Core HCM and other Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence,)
- System testing and configuration
- Business process design and configuration
- Reporting, security, and user training
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Data security and privacy compliance knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects
