Description
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM solutions, helping clients optimize their HR processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in Workday and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements and assess their impact on existing configurations.
- Assist in data migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-14 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Experience with Workday integrations and data conversion processes.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Workday certification in HCM or related modules is a plus.
